Are these official TRACER products?

Yes, we are an official reseller of TRACER products. We offer fully functional, official TRACER Pro Series products with added laser personalisation. To personalise your item, we carefully remove it from its retail packaging, complete the engraving process, and return it to its original packaging before shipping.

How long does it take to process and ship a personalised order?

We aim to personalise all orders within 1 working day, ready for shipping. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days from the time of your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over £50, or £3.99 if below.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside the UK.

What is the cost for personalising a pencil?

The cost for personalisation is £9.99, including VAT, which is included in the total price of each product on our website. We do not offer non-personalised products.

When will my order be delivered?

It generally takes 2 to 4 working days to personalise, dispatch, and deliver your order. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, personalised TRACER products are only available for delivery within the UK. For non-personalised TRACER products, please visit www.tracer-tools.com.

Can I return the product for a refund?

As these are personalised items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. We recommend carefully reviewing your personalisation details before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.

How do I place an order for personalised engraving?

Placing an order is simple. Once you’ve selected the product, enter your personalisation (up to 20 characters) in the provided field, and click “Add to Cart.” You can review your personalisation on the checkout page before placing your order.

Can I order multiple personalised items in one order?

Yes, you can order multiple personalised items. Please add each item to your cart individually with its specific personalisation. If you wish to order multiples of the same engraving, increase the quantity after adding it to your cart.

Can I see a mock-up of my etching?

We cannot provide proofs or mock-ups of personalisation prior to production. Please ensure your personalisation is correct at the time of ordering. You can view examples of our engraving process on each product page.

What should I do if I entered the wrong personalisation details?

It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order. If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to intercept the order before production, this cannot be guaranteed.

How are you personalising the product?

We use a high-resolution 2K blue diode laser to etch your design into the anodised surface of the TRACER products. This process removes the outer layer, revealing the aluminium beneath, resulting in a crisp, silver/grey engraving.

Where is my personalisation added?

Personalisation is added to a maximum area of 60 x 5mm on the main body of the pencil, accommodating up to 20 characters. Unfortunately, we cannot engrave multiple areas or exceed the character limit.

Can I add any personalisation I want?

You can choose any personalisation, such as names, nicknames, or social media handles, as long as it does not exceed the character limit. However, we reserve the right to refuse any requests containing offensive, inappropriate, political or blasphemous content. All personalisations are reviewed before production.

Can you engrave company logos or custom designs?

We only offer personalisation in text form, with up to 20 characters, using a standard font and size. Custom logos or designs are not available.

Will someone see my personalisation request?

Yes, a member of our team will manually review and approve your personalisation before production. We advise against including sensitive or personal information in your request.

Will the engraving rub off over time?

No, the laser etching process removes the anodised layer from the pencil, revealing the aluminium beneath, which will not wear away or rust over time.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled if your personalisation does not comply with our guidelines (e.g., offensive content or incorrect characters). We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue, but if we are unable to, your order may be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
